Snapcare offers appliance repair and maintenance cover plans. Each plan allows unlimited repairs on covered appliances during the subscription period.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are in GBP (£) and payments are processed in GBP.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major debit and credit cards securely via Stripe.


Order Confirmation

After your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If not received within one hour, please contact Customer.Service@snapcare.it.com.

Payments

Cancellation & Refund

You can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Partial refunds may be available up to 28 days at our discretion.


Liability

We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse of appliances.

Prohibited Use & Exclusions

Coverage excludes:

  • Faults present before plan activation
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or tampering

  • Illegal or fraudulent use of our services or website
  • Appliances used contrary to manufacturer instructions

Violations may void your plan without refund.


Dispute Resolution Reminder

Please contact us first if you have any issues. We aim to resolve problems fairly. Avoid chargebacks without prior contact to prevent delays.


Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for processing.


Terms Acceptance
