Thank you for choosing Snapcare. We appreciate your trust and are dedicated to making sure you are fully satisfied with our services. If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, we are here to assist you promptly.

Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase.

If you are not completely happy with your service plan, please contact us within this 14-day period and Snapcare will provide a full refund with no questions asked.

If more than 14 days have passed, we may consider a partial refund within 28 days of purchase at our discretion. Refunds will not be offered after 28 days.

To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service team.

Payment Methods
We accept payments by phone card payment, online via our website, cheque by post, and BACS or Direct Debit.

Your 14-day right to cancel applies regardless of the payment method used.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.

We do not issue refunds to any alternate accounts or cards.

Payment Follow-Up
After you purchase a plan, our team will contact you to confirm activation and advise when your payment will be processed. Please ensure funds are available.

If payment fails, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed. If we do not receive a response, your plan will be cancelled.

Authorised Payments
Payments must be made by individuals authorised to transact on their own behalf.

Snapcare does not accept payments made under power of attorney or third-party authorisations.

Claims and Support
To book a repair or raise a claim, please email Customer.Service@snapcare.it.com or call 0800 055 4969.

Our team will assist you quickly and begin the repair process.

Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns with your payment or service, please contact us first before raising a chargeback with your bank.

We aim to resolve all issues fairly and quickly. Raising a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and affect your refund eligibility.
